Career
Dulmer has more than 10 years of experience in advising the real estate sector. His areas of practice are: Civil Law, Administrative Law, Municipal Law, Contracts with the State and Arbitration. Before joining our legal team, Dulmer was an associate attorney at Russell Bedford Perú, and Head of the Technical Legal Division in the Legal Area of the Urban Development Management of the Municipalidad Metropolitana Lima. In addition, he served as a Consultant in the preparation of the Metropolitan Development Plan_PLANMET2040 for Metropolitan Lima and also serves as an Arbitrator in real estate and contractual matters. He has provided interviews for the preparation of various articles on real estate matters for Diario Gestión, El Comercio and Infobae.
He was an arbitrator and has been part of the team of consultants of the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima for the preparation of the Metropolitan Development Plan_PLANMET2040. Among Dulmer’s most notable clients are prestigious real estate agencies and companies such as Inmgenio Inmobiliario, Ecohabitat Desarrollo Inmobiliario, Vida RQ Inmobiliaria, McDonald’s, Aris Industrial, GTD, among others.
He has participated as a lecturer in courses related to his specialty. He is Teaching Assistant for the Public Limited Companies course at PUCP.
