Before joining the Băiculescu și Asociații team, Alexandru collaborated as an associate with a corporate law firm, where he built considerable experience, having control of the full range of legal issues, from criminal law to civil law, intellectual property law, commercial law, and labour law. His passion for criminal sciences has led him to a brilliant evolution in this domain.

Alexandru represents clients in all stages of criminal prosecution. He has particular experience providing expert legal advice and assistance to those being interviewed under caution by the police and other investigatory agencies. Alex also furnishes legal advice to potential prosecution witnesses.

As a litigator and an advocate, he is tactically astute when it comes to case preparation. He has successfully worked on some of our most important cases, regarding complex tax evasion crimes, fraud, and cybercrime.
