Since October 2023, Orphée has held the position of Head of Disputes at ADNA with a presence in Algeria, Ivory Coast, Guinea, and Morocco. He is an Attorney at Law admitted to the Paris Bar and boasts extensive experience in dispute resolution, encompassing both litigation and arbitration, with a strong international focus.

Orphée, fluent in four languages, has provided counsel and representation to major international clients, accumulating substantial expertise in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, particularly in relation with the Central and Western Africa region (OHADA zone).

Orphée’s proficiency extends to handling disputes arising from international trade, cases involving public entities, international debt collection, foreign judgment enforcement, as well as multiparty and multijurisdictional court or arbitral proceedings.

Orphée holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade Law from Sorbonne Law School in France.
