Anand Shrivastava has over 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. While his expertise lies in the infrastructure and energy sector, he has also worked extensively on regulatory and commercial litigation with some of the precedent-setting matters to his credit. With regard to the Energy sector, he specializes in strategic advisory to mitigate regulatory and project risks and also regularly advises on policy framing and implementation. His sectoral experience spans numerous spheres including Competition & Antitrust Laws, Environmental Laws, Mining Laws, E-Commerce, Technology & Data Privacy Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, and White Collar Crimes. Some of the other sectors where Anand has worked include Oil and Gas, Aviation, and Real Estate. He has represented various Indian & multinational companies and government bodies before adjudicatory forums across India.

Anand has been recognized as a ‘Future Star’ for Government and Regulatory practice by Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific 2023 and also among ‘Top Disputes Lawyers of India’ by Asian Legal Business, 2020-21.
