Position

Paula is a senior commercial and TMT lawyer with over 20 year’s experience providing clients with pragmatic advice across a wide range of technology and commercial matters.
Paula has particular expertise in advising clients on technology, procurement and sales matters and has been the lead legal advisor across a number of divisions in numerous large, multinational, FTSE companies both in the UK and abroad.
Having had key involvement in the strategies needed to improve and transform businesses, Paula has excellent internal and external relationship management skills.

Career

Before joining Arbor, Paula spent time as the sole Legal Counsel in the Paris office of Econocom (subsidiary of Société Générale), advising on all legal aspects of the UK, Irish and Dutch entities. Paula was the Legal Counsel to the MRI manufacturing and healthcare divisions at Siemens, Senior Legal Counsel to the customer, network, technology and operation divisions at Virgin Media and Head of Legal in the Technology and International divisions of Royal Mail.
