Career

Katherine started her career at Taylor Wessing advising private equity and corporate clients on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters.

Her experience includes advising Wahanda (subsequently rebranded to Treatwell) on its acquisition of multiple companies across Europe. In 2015 Katherine moved in-house at Treatwell to set up the Legal function and led the Legal and People Operations teams during periods of huge change, including acquisitions, the sale of the business and the onset of Covid-19.

Katherine went on to act for Event Genius as the Chief People Officer & General Counsel where she was responsible for the Legal and People team across Europe, North America and APAC. Her achievements include overhauling the festival partner agreement and the customer facing T&Cs, auditing the employee option scheme, revising the corporate governance structure, and playing a key role in the sale of the business assets to Lyte and subsequent TUPE transfer and integration project that followed.

Personal

Katherine has young twins keeping her pretty busy! She loves travelling, discovering new restaurants and is lucky to live close to Bushy Park where she loves to run.
