Career

Anelia has a master’s degree in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2017. She joined the team of Mikinski & Partners Law Firm in 2018 and is currently a partner in the law firm.

She has in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, contract law and telecommunications. During her work in the law firm she has gained experience in the restructuring of businesses, the acquisition of a commercial enterprises, as well as various types of transformations of Bulgarian and foreign companies. She has repeatedly participated in the preparation of legal due diligence of companies. She has experience in advising clients during all stages of the transaction, including conducting and preparing legal due diligence reports, preparing preliminary and final contracts, conducting negotiations between the parties.

Batleva is a leading consultant in the field of telecommunications, guiding customers through the entire process of licensing and interconnection of networks between providers of electronic communications services. Participates in complex legal service of clients, has experience in the field of banking, financial and insurance law.
