Nina Stoeva has a Master’s degree in Law from the New Bulgarian University and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2015. She joined the team of Mikinski & Partners Law Firm in 2014 and is currently one of the two managing partners in the firm.

She has in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions and labor law. She has significant experience in the restructuring of large and developed businesses, as well as in the mergers and acquosions of Bulgarian and foreign companies. She consults clients throughout the process of concluding transactions, including in the process of conducting legal due diligence and drafting legal reports, as well as in the process of preparing the necessary legal documentation, in representation and negotiations between the parties. Advises local entrepreneurs and foreign investors in the sale, respectively the purchase of a business.

Nina Stoeva is a leading consultant on personal data protection, advising clients in the development and implementation of specific internal rules that are in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council ). She was appointed as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by large and reputable companies from different industries.

As a qualified expert she is often a lecturer at seminars on current legal issues in the field of labor and commercial law. She is the author of numerous articles and opinions on labor and trade law topics. Conducts trainings in the field of personal data and anti-money laundering measures.
