Career

Kristy has specialised in insurance litigation since qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, working with and for Insurers, gaining extensive experience in professional negligence disputes as well as insurance policy coverage, response and interpretation and other commercial litigation. She is also familiar with FOS procedures and claims, ADR and adjudication processes and their conduct.

Kristy has particular expertise in the resolution of construction and property insurance disputes.

Kristy’s broad experience extends to acting in many complex, high value or high stakes disputes. Kristy strongly believes that legitimate claims upon insurers deserve to be treated fairly and, if those claims are covered, paid.
