Career

Duygu Kılıç Çaylı is the founding and managing partner of Kılıç Çaylı & Partners. Duygu Kılıç Çaylı conducted academic studies at the most prestigious law faculties in Turkey. After completing her undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law, she earned her LL.M. degree in “European Union Relations” at Bahçeşehir University.

She started her legal career in 2004. After holding various positions in the legal departments of reputable international companies and public institutions, she established Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office. She has over 16 years of strong experience with regional roles in both law firms and corporate companies. She has provided legal consultancy to more than 600 domestic and foreign companies with her team at the Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office. For more than 16 years, she continues to provide case and consultancy services in the fields of law she specializes in especially Public Procurement Law. With her deep experience and  exquisite legal knowledge, she successfully provides legal representation of clients before judicial bodies and public institutions.

Duygu Kılıç Çaylı has 3 published books in the fields of Public Procurement Law and Contracts. She also has many articles in prestigious publications regarding her areas of expertise, including Dispute Resolution, Health Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance and Trade Law.

Duygu is currently a lecturer in the field of procurement contracts at TOBB University of Economics and Technology.

Additionally, she is a partner and Director of Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance at one of Turkey’s leading audit firms, Finansal Eksen GGI.
