Frank has over 10 years of experience in cross-border litigation and transactions. He is in charge of global litigation and licensing matters and overseeing the international marketing and development strategy for Purplevine IP. He has represented clients in several high-stake cases in a variety of legal areas, including patent infringement, ITC investigation, trade secret theft, FCPA, antitrust, securities fraud, debt and securities offerings and cross-border M&As. Prior to joining Purplevine IP, Frank was a partner in the Hong Kong office and Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis.
