Álamos & Squella ‘s founding partner Sebastián Squella    (a practice director at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil until late 2019) is experienced in the development of real estate projects, including advising on structuring real estate businesses, regulatory urban affairs, financing, taxation, and general corporate matters.

Opening its doors in late 2019, Alamos & Squella is a nine-strong boutique with a close focus on corporate and finance matters, including capital markets work, where experienced young partner Alfonso Álamos leads the team; the practice focuses primarily on advising fund managers -particularly new market entrants- on both their day-to-day operations and transactional matters.
