Ganesh is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Property Litigation team at DKLM.
Career
Ganesh studied law at Brunel University, graduating with first-class honours. Ganesh went on to successfully complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP University (Holborn), achieving a commendation. He trained at a London firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2016 and focusing on property related litigation.
Ganesh joined DKLM in 2022. Ganesh regularly undertakes a range of residential and commercial property litigation work including rent and service charge arrears, dilapidation claims, forfeiture claims, possession claims, commercial lease renewal proceedings, residential leasehold enfranchisement proceedings, various landlord and tenant disputes and more. He has advised many types of clients including private individuals, corporates, landlords, developers, investors, tenants and lenders.
Outside of work Ganesh takes a keen interest in technology and gadgets. He also enjoys football and motorsport, in particular Formula 1.
