Daniel has more than 20 years of experience advising local and foreign clients. He leads the corporate law area of the firm, which counsels local and foreign clients in M&A transactions, real estate projects and developments, and corporate issues, such as incorporating, reorganizing and liquidating corporations.
Daniel was the legal manager of Telmex Colombia S.A., he was senior associate at Posse, Herrera & Ruiz S.A., associate at Ernst & Young Asesores Ltda., and senior and junior associate at Baker & McKenzie. He was assistant of the manager at Agrupación Internacional de Servicios Energéticos – A.I.S.E., as well as paralegal at Gamboa, Chalela, Gamboa, & Useche.
