Juan Ignacio has 25 years of experience assisting national and international clients in civil, commercial, administrative and dispute resolutions matters, among others. Regarding civil and commercial law, he has ample experience in commercial contracts, negotiable instruments, insolvency, consumer protection and competition law, as well as estate planning and consulting on family and estates issues. He assists national and international clients in administrative law, administrative contracts and governmental bids. He has experience in contractual and tort liability and represents clients in settlements and judicial proceedings involving commercial and administrative issues and in local and international arbitration tribunals.
