Head of Vernalha Pereira’s Corporate Criminal area, Dante has been practicing law for 15 years and had his career marked by cases of national and international repercussion involving areas of corporate risk. He has conducted cases with extensive international legal cooperation, with emphasis on the performance before the House of Representatives, Itamaraty, European Court of Human Rights, Interpol (Strasbourg, France), Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (OAS – Washington, D.C.) and Italy. His background includes extensive experience in cases involving Corporate Criminal Law in matters related to bidding, tax fraud, tax planning, succession planning, and corporate law, as well as cases involving environmental crimes law. With a focus on Corporate Criminal Law, Dante has been a professor of criminal procedure for over 12 years, having taught at major universities in the state of Paraná, including Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná (2006-2009), UniCuritiba (2009-2010), UniBrasil (2010-2011), and Positivo University (2016-2017). Specialist and LL.M. in Corporate Criminal Law, Dante is also the author of books and technical articles published in the country’s main legal publications.
