Marwa is an energetic and Knowledgeable law graduate holding a B.Sc. degree in Law from one of the top universities in Iraq, Al Nahrain University/2022. During her study and right after graduation; Marwa had her first training in a local law firm and local courts; she has a keen focus to enrich her legal knowledge and learn new skills serving the profession, therefore; she has joined Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon firm seeking new challenges at the corporate department and she was distinguished by her accuracy, dedication and hard work. Marwa is working closely with experienced and senior lawyers to gain hands-on experience, specifically in corporate law, and she is assigned to record meeting minutes, drafting legal documents and companies’ incorporation documents, conducting legal research and provide high-level legal translation. Marwa is now an associate corporate attorney handling companies’ incorporation, re-structure and works related to necessary annual filings. Further; Marwa has a very good knowledge of corporate laws and related procedures that she gained during her internship at the firm. All combined forming the core qualities for a promising corporate lawyer.
