A bilingual lawyer holding an LLB with a specialization in Legal Studies from Al Nahrain University/Iraq in 2020. Ola is an innovative law graduate and highly effective at developing her legal corporate skills and proficient in drafting and registering legal documents related to companies’ incorporation, registration and re-structure. Ola finished as one of the top students at Law School and succeeded at first attempt for the Bar Admission Exam. Then started here legal career as a trainee with Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon firm and soon joined the firm as an associate lawyer specialized in corporate matters including incorporation, licensing, re-structuring, corporate due diligence and legal assessment to mergers and acquisitions operations. Her professional and dedicated attitude tirelessly pursuing the clients’ cases assigned to her with the full willingness to learn; has enabled her to rapidly develop her legal skills to become one of the key corporate lawyers in the firm. Ola has gained many certificates for her effective participation in arbitration activities in International Commercial Law held in Vienna, Al Bahrain, The American University of Iraq “AUIB”, and Al Iraqiya University. Ola started her career working as assistant surgeon in a well-known dental clinic that has paved her the way getting exposed to the work environment which has positively contributed her success in her legal career.
