Thulfiqar is an LLB graduate with a specialization in Legal Studies from Al-Ma’amoon University Colledge in 2019, enrolled for Master in Laws and licensed by the Iraqi Bar Association. Thulfiqar has good knowledge of Civil, Criminal and Corporate Laws along with requisite skills in research, case study and analysis, writing reports, drafting and reviewing legal documents. He is a detail-oriented and hardworking person with excellent critical thinking, communication, and agile learning skills. Proven success in building a trusting rapport with clients, offering sound legal advice in clear and universal terms and offering hands-on experience in Defending and Pleading, laws of Civil Procedures, Enforcement Law, and Criminal Law. Prior to establishing his own practice, Thulfiqar has a wide experience in business orientation and volunteering activities dealing in Jewelries and Electronics business sector for more than two years after college which gained him a unique experience in achieving targeted objectives even when dealing with different levels of society and positively contributed in achieving sustainable success in his current position with rapidly growing career.
