An Iraqi bilingual senior lawyer and legal counsel with over 17 years of mixed experience in both, in-house legal departments and law firms, holding a B. Sc. Degree in Law – Baghdad University/Iraq-2002 and Master’s Degree in International Business Law – The school of international business and entrepreneurship (SIBE), Steinbeis university/Germany. Zead has extensive and practical knowledge in litigation, commercial, civil, criminal, labor and real estate cases and disputes, along with a strong background in commercial matters including M&A as well as contracts drafting and review. Zead has an ability to listen, understand and offer creative solutions which positively affected his occupation in plenty of prestigious positions in sophisticated institutions; during 2012, He was a member of ‘The Dubai Chamber Legal Committee’ a non-profit public organization whose mission is to represent, support and protect the interests of the business community in Dubai.
