A highly qualified senior attorney with decades (29 years) of unique experience and qualifications in the legal profession, as he holds a Bachelor’s in Law from Al Turath University/1994 and is licensed to practice the law profession with full authority (C level Bar License) from the Iraqi Bar Association. Esq. Omar has achieved remarkable accomplishments in the field of law having a strategic thinking and he is driven to provide value to clients. His extensive tenure as an attorney includes working closely with key people and holding high- level positions in various government institutions, such as director of Legal Department at Communication & Media Commission “CMC”, assistant of legal department director at the Communication & Media Commission “CMC”, Director of CMC, assistant of Legal Department at the Ministry of Justice, and a member and rapporteur for the Consultancy Department at the General Secretariat for the Council of Ministers. Esq.Omar took part in the negotiation delegation with the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sanofi Pastour, and others. He also represented the Ministry of Justice in examine the practical judicial practice by the US Federal courts by attending related sessions, also to examine the Federal US prisons including their designs, security measures, and construction in Washington, New York and Maryland. Moreover; and with such outstanding and variant experience; Esq.Omar was appointed as a legal advisor to 35 commercial companies. Further; he has accomplished numerous specialized training courses, including those offered by the British institution Albany Associates, covering human resources management, organizational tasks for the telecommunications authority, and more, and he was rewarded with many Letters of Appreciation by H.E Prime Minister and HE. Minister of Justice.
