Career
Maadh is a co-founding partner at Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co. LLP, co-heading the litigation team. Maadh is a pioneer in aviation, logistics and commercial cases in the Omani scene. He has handled a number of multi-million rial cases relating to commercial and commercial criminal crimes throughout his 16 year career.
Maadh initiated his career at one of the largest law firms in the Sultanate, immediately after completing his studies, where he diversified his experience across numerous departments over 10 years. His achievements and societal contributions helped with the “Fak Kurbah” initiative, that won the Sultan Qaboos Prize for Voluntary Work. He is well-versed in handling niche and technical aspects of the law having established contracts on energy and water supply between government authorities and subcontractors. Furthermore, Maadh is a well-established criminal lawyer having advised and represented clients in the largest corruption, bribery and embezzlement cases within Oman some of which valued over OMR 50 million.
Maadh has extended his efforts into uplifting educational opportunities as showcased by the numerous seminars and events on law he has organised in association with the Omani Lawyers Association.
