Career
Nasser is a co-founding partner at K&Co, co-heading the corporate and legal advisory team. Nasser oversees the M&A transactions of K&Co’s clients and currently heads the firms Business Development department. He holds a degree from Sultan Qaboos university, specialising in Commercial Law, and an LLM from Kingston University London, which he obtained with merit, in Corporate and Financial Law with focus on Corporate Governance.
Having previously worked on a multi-million dollar embezzlement case, the establishment of a five-star hotel in the Sultanate of Oman, major logistics sector establishments and governing agreements, Nasser caters to a number of high net-worth clients as the head of business development. His expertise extends across governing agreements, the provision of nuanced and specialised legal opinions, financial fraud, embezzlement and civil litigation. Nasser is known for his innovative approach to analysing the law and his expertise has been utilised in navigating uncharted territories within the law inclusive of cybercurrency and space law.
Nasser regularly lectures on various streams of the Law at prestigious academic institutions including Sultan Qaboos University and is a regular speaker at Business Law forums.
