He received his Bachelors from Sultan Qaboos University, specializing in Commercial Law, and later obtained his Master’s degree in International Trade Law from the Paris-Descartes University (Paris V). Sultan pursued further academic achievement from the London School of Economics and Political Science having received his qualifications in commercial contracts, financial law and investments.
