Sergio Opice is a partner in the Civil practice at FAS Advogados in cooperation with CMS, encompassing both consulting and litigation perspectives. His is focused on the prevention and conflict resolution by alternative dispute resolution (ADRs).

Sergio is experienced in corporate disputes, family and succession law, real state and land issues.

His practice also encompasses the competition law field, submitting concentration acts to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and defending national and international companies in investigations for anticompetitive practices and crisis management, providing solutions to mitigate the impacts arising from critical events on clients’ activities.

Sergio has experience in the sectors of agribusiness, petrochemicals, mining, automotive, and construction.
