Lucas d’Orgeval

Lucas d’Orgeval is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he is one of the partners leading the Private Equity / M&A department. He advises clients on corporate law matters and specializes in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Lucas regularly assists corporate groups and investment funds with acquisitions, disposals, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), growth capital, venture capital, and secondary transactions. Stéphane Letranchant

Stéphane Letranchant is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he heads the Tax department. He advises on a wide range of complex operations and transactions, working primarily with French mid-sized companies (PME-ETI), French subsidiaries of major international groups, and investment funds on all aspects of domestic and international taxation. In parallel, Stéphane also advises executives and management teams on their personal tax matters and assists all his clients in the context of tax audits and litigation.

Alexandre Tron is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he heads the Finance department. He advises on banking and finance law, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and structured finance. Alexandre regularly assists lenders—including credit institutions, mezzanine funds, and debt funds—as well as borrowers, such as investment funds and corporate clients, in their financing and debt restructuring transactions.

Emmanuel Vergnaud

Emmanuel Vergnaud is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he is one of the partners leading the Private Equity / M&A department. He advises clients on corporate law and specializes in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Emmanuel regularly assists investment funds and French or international corporate groups with acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions (including LBOs, growth capital, and venture capital), and corporate reorganizations. He also frequently advises entrepreneurs in connection with their M&A transactions.
