Position
Stéphane Letranchant is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he heads the Tax department.
He advises on a wide range of complex operations and transactions, working primarily with French mid-sized companies (PME-ETI), French subsidiaries of major international groups, and investment funds on all aspects of domestic and international taxation. In parallel, Stéphane also advises executives and management teams on their personal tax matters and assists all his clients in the context of tax audits and litigation.
Career
Before founding VOLT Associés, Stéphane practiced in several international law firms and was previously a partner at Reed Smith.
Education
A member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Stéphane holds a DESS in Tax Law from the University of Paris V and a Ph.D. in Tax Law.
