Emmanuel Vergnaud is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he is one of the partners leading the Private Equity / M&A department.

He advises clients on corporate law and specializes in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Emmanuel regularly assists investment funds and French or international corporate groups with acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions (including LBOs, growth capital, and venture capital), and corporate reorganizations. He also frequently advises entrepreneurs in connection with their M&A transactions.

Before founding VOLT Associés, Emmanuel practiced in international law firms and was previously a partner at Reed Smith and Dentons.

A member of the Paris Bar since 1997, Emmanuel holds a DJCE, a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Paris Dauphine, a DEA in Public Finance and Taxation from the University of Paris I – La Sorbonne, and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
