Alexandre Tron is a partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, where he heads the Finance department.

He advises on banking and finance law, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and structured finance. Alexandre regularly assists lenders—including credit institutions, mezzanine funds, and debt funds—as well as borrowers, such as investment funds and corporate clients, in their financing and debt restructuring transactions.
