Career
Federica specialises in insurance law, banking, financial and commercial law.
She advises Italian and foreign insurance and reinsurance enterprises and distributors on regulatory requirements, compliance issues and commercial agreements and transactions. She also advises banks, financial intermediaries, asset managers, e-money and payment institutions.
In 2015 she was seconded to Deutsche Bank A.G. (London Branch) to work on MiFID II compliance requirements. In 2013 she was seconded to UniCredit S.p.A. in Milan, to draft and update the Group Recovery and Resolution Plan.
She graduated in law (J.D., summa cum laude) from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and attended the 8th edition of the master program in “commercial law” (“diritto e impresa”) organized by the “Business School” of “Il Sole 24 Ore”. Of Italian mother tongue, she speaks fluent English and has some knowledge of French.
