Career

Oluwatosin is a dynamic and seasoned lawyer called to the Nigerian bar in 2012 with specific interests in Corporate-commercial law, family law and international human rights law particularly media/ digital right, gender and children’s rights.

Before joining the firm, she practiced law in couple of firms including Adekunle Ojo & Associates, McPherson Barristers & Solicitors, George Etomi & Partners and Kanyi Karibi-Whyte & Hastrup where she handled issues that cut across diverse areas of law like commercial law, energy law and civil litigation. She has made several appearances at superior courts in Nigeria and the sub-regional Court (ECOWAS Court.)  

Also, Oluwatosin is a seasoned researcher and writer, and has written several articles to her credit. She has participated in trainings and courses facilitated by  Harvard Law School in conjunction with the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria and the Media Legal Defence Initiative.
