Career

Mr Juck has a strong practice and extensive experience with various types of legal-services-related projects as follows:

• acquisition projects between 2019 and 2021, mainly aimed at providing advice on the sale and purchase of wind and solar power plants both within and outside the European Union;
• successful completion of multiple lawsuits, most notably representing a medical clinic in a damages action;
• providing on a day-to-day basis comprehensive legal advice to technology companies, particularly in the areas of disruptive technologies, partnerships with foreign business partners and intellectual property rights;
• cooperation on the acquisition of a Czechoslovak franchise chain, which to date has dozens of outlets in Slovakia and the Czech Republic;
• employment litigation and advising clients on employment law with a foreign element or entity;
• handling commercial law issues in complex cross-border transactions, including drafting documents and advising on a range of legal sectors with a focus on the foreign element.
