Career

Mr Bielovič has a strong practice and extensive experience with various types of legal-services-related projects as follows:

• acquisition of a foreign department store with furniture in the regional city of Slovak Republic, complex legal representation from due diligence, acquisition of land to approval and start of business operations;
• comprehensive legal representation of the client during the construction of a multifunctional building in Košice, up to its approval and the lease of administrative premises to individual tenants;
• comprehensive legal representation of the client in the acquisition of land (including due diligence), the construction of a retail park in Banská Bystrica, up to its approval and the lease of commercial premises to individual tenants;
• complex legal ownership settlement of land for the purpose of construction of the highway section;
• comprehensive legal advice in the sale of a company owning a photovoltaic power plant, from setting up the sales model to settling all mutual (open) relations between the business parties;
• representation of the client in the purchase of an administrative-logistics park in Bratislava, including an initial assessment of existing relationships related to individual parts of the park (due diligence) and removal of identified legal defects.
