Henriëtte advises and litigates in the field of employment and pension law. She specializes in (individual and collective) dismissals, works council issues and the appointment or dismissal of managing directors. Henriëtte also focuses on pension law and especially the amendment of pension schemes amongst others due to the new Dutch pension legislation (WTP). Henriëtte works for large and medium-sized companies and foundations.
Henriette is a committed and knowledgeable lawyer who also has an eye for interests other than legal ones. Her approach is hands-on and her advice is directly applicable.
Henriëtte has been a lawyer in Rotterdam for almost 30 years. She started her career at Kneppelhout & Korthals in 1994. She previously worked at Ploum Advocaten. Henriëtte was one of the founders of Hoboken Advocaten in 2013. Hoboken Advocaten merged with DVAN Advocaten in 2017.
