Mónica Gutiérrez is a Corporate Lawyer. She is the Deputy Director of Gallego Abogados.

Career

Ms. Gutiérrez has more than 20 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer and Public Official. Ms. Gutiérrez worked as head of the area at the Commercial Register of Bogotá, Deputy Technical Director of the International Exchange Department at the Central Bank of Colombia, among others.

Ms. Gutiérrez has also been a Professor of International Foreign Exchange and Investment, in different postgraduate law programs in several Colombian universities as LL.M. in Business and Law, and Financial Law Programs at the Pontifical Xavierian University; and the Del Rosario University of Colombia, Andes University and some of the top-ranked law universities in our country.

Ms. Gutiérrez works actively in Corporate Law, Tax Law, and Foreign Investments and Transactions law.
