Career

Valentina Kučić advises clients in merger and acquisition (M&A) procedures. She provides legal assistance in procedures related to market competition, including representation in procedures before the Croatian Competition Agency and in other civil and administrative proceedings. Valentina also provides legal assistance to clients from the media sector and legal assistance in the area of intellectual property and personal data protection. Her particular knowledge in media law includes issuance of concessions, media rights protection, legal assistance in daily program activities, including representation of media in various proceedings initiated in the performance of media activity. Valentina is an authorized trademark representative, with specific knowledge in preparation and fulfilment of intellectual property right contracts, including the protection of rights and interests of clients in procedures before competent authorities.
