Position

Joshua McKee works in the Property department at MKB Law. He primarily carries out transactions on behalf of clients in the sale, purchase and re-mortgaging of residential property, as well as advising on the various legal issues that appear throughout these transactions. Joshua also has experience processing Help to Buy ISAs, Forces Help to Buy loans and Northern Ireland co-ownership applications. Recently, he has also acted for a developer in the transfer of sites and assisted in completing the paperwork to establish the management company.

Joshua also acts in broader areas of Property Law including adverse possession applications, residential and commercial leases and licence agreements, and ground rent redemption. One of his career highlights was the successful registration of an entire property to an adverse possessor.

In addition, Joshua also has experience in litigation and family law from working previously in general practice firms and has a good understanding of how these areas of law can routinely impact property transactions.
