Position

Lynsey Henderson is an Associate Director at MKB Law. Lynsey works within both the corporate and commercial property departments, acting for a range of clients including individuals, developers, businesses and lenders. She is involved in all manner of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, partnership agreements and restructures.

Lynsey is also heavily involved in advising both landlord and tenants in relation to commercial property matters and has acted for both parties in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and lease renewals as well as providing advice under the Business Tenancies Order.

Lynsey has acted for and assisted with several large-scale business sale and purchase transactions including the set up and management of the legal due diligence process as well as the drafting and negotiation of key transactional documentation. She has also assisted in various commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
