Position

Áine Toner is a solicitor in the Family Law Department. Áine’s particular interest lies in matrimonial law and children order law, and she has considerable experience in advising clients in relation divorce and the financial repercussions following relationship breakdown. Áine also provides advice and representation in relation to civil partnerships, prenuptial agreements and family law cases.

Áine has represented clients in private and public law proceedings, wardship, child abduction and Hague Convention matters. She has also provided advice in relation to contact and residence matters, domestic violence, child and spousal maintenance. Áine’s is a member of the specialist Children Order Panel accredited by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
