Managing Partner. Ms. Gaviria has a broad experience in designing legal structures for the acquisition of real estate properties in order to place them into the local market as well as for the development of residential, retail, offices and industrial projects.
In addition, Ms. Gaviria has been practicing for more than 12 years real estate, urban planning, notary and registry law. She also has acquired a big recognition from her clients with regards to provide legal advice in condominium regime matters and in designing all legal vehicles required for the development of real estate projects.
Career
Prior to co-founding Acosta & Gaviria Legal, Ms. Gaviria was the legal manager of Sociedad Fondo Inmobiliario S.A. as well as the coordinator of the specialization in urban planning law of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
