Position

Eric joined Chambers after completing his pupillage with Mr Jonathan Ah-Weng, Mr Jeffrey Chau, Mr Julian Lam, Ms Theresa Chow, and Mr Lee Yee Hung.

Prior to joining the Bar, Eric was a trainee solicitor at Withers and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, gaining substantial experience in matrimonial, trusts, and commercial disputes.

Eric has been involved in cases concerning a wide range of areas, including commercial, trusts, injunctive relief, company and shareholder disputes, arbitration, family and matrimonial, Chinese customary law, land law, and conveyancing.

During his studies, he received various scholarships and awards, including the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme for his LLM studies at the University of Cambridge.
