Laureano Beltrán joined the Tax Law Department as a partner in 2019. Previously, he developed his professional career at Deloitte Legal and J&A Garrigues Abogados.
Laureano is a specialist in Tax Law, with special emphasis on tax proceedings, in administrative and judicial proceedings, and in corporate restructuring operations. He has a deep knowledge of the specificities of family businesses and extensive experience in advising such companies and their partners.

Throughout his long professional career, Laureano has regularly advised groups of companies, has participated in due diligence processes and company acquisitions and in numerous equity and company restructuring processes. At the same time, he has intervened as legal counsel in several litigations before the Tax Agency, defending the interests of companies from different production sectors: agri-food, transport, industrial, among others.

He is a member of the Bar of Lawyers of Valencia, where he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tax Law section, and he is also a member of the College of Business Owners of Valencia.

He has taught courses and seminars at the Colegio de Economistas de Valencia, the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles de Valencia, the Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (APD) and at the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
