Career
Marc van Rijswijk is one of the founding partners of Stonewater. Marc has a vast experience in corporate and commercial litigation and is active in the field of M&A. He combines in-depth legal knowledge with relevant tax, financial and business knowledge and has great social skills. Marc regularly represents clients in corporate disputes before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, D&O liability litigation, commercial litigation, M&A liability and (other) liability matters. Marc is also a corporate mediator. Marc’s clientele consists of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders of companies in situations of deadlock, financial distress and/or (other) corporate governance issues. Marc regularly lectures and publicizes in his field.
