Career
Bradley is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team. He has 20 years’ experience in legal practice, working for over ten years at the firms now known as Gowling WLG and Squire Patton Boggs. He has also worked in-house, as a secondee to Shell in their London in-house legal team and as general counsel in the leisure sector.
His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, various forms of buy outs, complex reorganisations and equity investments.
Bradley has advised a variety of corporate and institutional clients across financial services, energy, retail, FMCG and media. He has also worked extensively with privately owned business, including start-ups.
