Dicle Matur Çökelek, a Partner of the firm, is admitted to Istanbul Bar since 2005. She is a one of the first Registered Mediators in Turkey, with a specialization on Labor Law. Her areas of practice are Labor Law, Criminal Law, Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property and Patents, Family and Inheritance Law, Execution and Bankruptcy, Law of Foreigners, particularly the Refugee Law.
Career
Dicle Matur completed several trainings on various subjects including Law of Criminal Procedure (Istanbul Bar, 2006), Women’s Rights (Istanbul Bar, 2008), Reconciliation in Law of Criminal Procedure (Bahçeşehir University, 2006), Code of Criminal Procedure (Bahçeşehir University, 2009), Actuary (Union of Turkish Bar Associations, 2015), Mediation Course at Okan University (2015), Mediation Expert Training in labor law at Altınbaş University (2018). She has been acting as the legal counsel of Film Laborers Union for several years. She has also been serving as an Expert at Labor Law before Istanbul Courts since 2015.
