Position

Efsun Matur, one of the Founding Partners of the firm, is registered to Izmir Bar Association since 1989. Her areas of expertise include Real Estate Law, particularly the construction contracts in return for flat and disputes arising from such contracts, Commercial and Obligations Law, particularly contracts, framework contracts, standardized terms of contracts, Corporate Law and Partnerships, particularly the family corporations, small and middle-sized enterprises, disputes related to the Family Law and Inheritance Law, prenuptial contracts, Public and Administrative Law Cases and individual applications to the European Court of Human Rights.

She is one of the first Mediators in Turkey and among the founders of one of the first Mediation Centers of Turkey, Akdeniz Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (Mediterranean ADRC). In addition to being a registered Mediator locally, she is an internationally certified Mediator of Global Mediators Network and the International Mediation Institution (IMI).

Career

In addition to her long-standing career as an Attorney and Mediator, Efsun Matur acts as a Mediator Trainer and Specialized Mediator Trainer at Istanbul Commerce University, Izmir Economy University and Bursa Uludag University.
