Career
Jayne Koe has more than 25 years’ work experience in litigation and has conducted hearings before various courts including the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. Her experience includes interlocutory applications, appeals as well as full trials in areas pertaining to banking and financing disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, debt collection, landlord and tenancy, torts, injunctions, shareholder dispute and contractual disputes.
On non-litigation matters, Jayne has experience in drafting and vetting sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, standard loan documentation as well as power of attorney and general agreements.
