Career

Mohamed joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2023 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory department, specializing in life sciences and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Mohamed acquired a solid background in Laws pertaining to Egypt and the MENA region by doing internships at top-notch law firms and banks. He also actively participated in many national and international moot competitions in Egypt and Africa, including the ICRC Moot Court, FDI Moot, and the SAM competition. In addition, he is the founder of the Legal Tanta Club and Tanta Mooting Club.

Mohamed advises clients on matters related to pharmaceuticals, data protection, TMT, employment, banking, white-collar crimes, competition, sports, aviation and tourism, dispute resolution and real estate. He also directly interacts with governmental authorities such as the EDA, EHA and GAFI.

Additionally, Mohamed’s legal skillset includes drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, policies, and MOUs; preparing risk assessment reports and mitigation strategies; offering legal advice; preparing case assessments; drafting notifications by court bailiffs; and conducting legal research in various fields of law. Furthermore, Mohamed provides day-to-day corporate and commercial support for pharmaceutical companies and doing business in Egypt.

Beyond the legal field, Mohamed has been a member of the Egyptian contingent of Scouts and Girl Guides in many international events, including those in Japan (2015), Poland (2016), and the United States (2019).
