Gemma Stanley is a highly experienced claimant Serious Injury solicitor with extensive experience in serious and catastrophic injuries.

She has worked on numerous high value cases, and was involved in the first fully remote, multi-track Personal Injury trial to be held in Wales. This cloud-based hearing, necessary because of restrictions required by the pandemic, presented a new manner of working for experts, witnesses, counsel and the judge. With Gemma’s fully comprehensive, meticulously advanced preparations, despite a fully denied case, the trial concluded in favour of the claimant.

Gemma has significant depth and breadth of serious injury experience and has assisted clients who have sustained a range of injuries through road traffic accidents, holiday sickness and industrial disease, including those who have acquired serious and catastrophic injuries including brain injury, multiple orthopaedic injuries and post traumatic fibromyalgia.
