Her professional practice is mainly focused overseeing prosecution matters regarding to patents, utility models and industrial designs in the Dominican Republic. Yet she is also involved with trademarks and the maintenance of Intellectual Property Rights.
Isabella is the author of multiple articles related to Intellectual Property, Blockchain and Metaverse, including “Blockchain and Intellectual Property”, writ awarded first place winner by the Legal Magazine of Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).
